No. 042556271 CT GD Shailendra Dubey, 78 Bn BSF was deployed in BOP Chapghati of 78 Bn BSF. On 12.10.2021 at about 2355 hrs ACP Party including CT GD Shailendra Dubey was going to ACP duty across the Bhagirathi river in EFCB civil boat, CT Shailendra Dubey lost his balance and fell down into the river in the area of BOP Chapghati West Bengal. Due to the drowning into the river Bhagirathi, CT GD Shailendra Dubey attained martyrdom in the line of duty
