Late Ashok Kumar Barua was detected COVID positive on 04/05/2021 while on active duty and he has been quarantined at his own home (LIG-67, Phase-01, Vishal Nagar, Neelbad, Bhadbhada Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh). Due to poor health condition on 07/05/2021, his family members admitted to him at J.K. Hospital, Kolar Road (MP). His treatment was continued at J.K. Hospital and expired on 19/05/2021 at about 1900 hrs.
