No. 810057049 (Late) Inspr(GD) Ranvir Singh of 95 Bn BSF, a Corona Warrior deployed on Law and Order Duty in the severely COVID affected endemic area of New Delhi, conducted RT-PCR test on 27.03.2021 at Dada Dev Hospital Dabri New Delhi and was found Covid-19 positive on 29.03.2021. He was shifted to isolation/corona ward of COVID Care Centre Chhawala New Delhi and was further evacuated to ICU level-I AIIMS New Delhi for better treatment. He succumbed to the disease on 26.04.2021 at about 1230 hrs while under treatment for Covid-19 in AIIMS New Delhi. Inspr(GD) Late Ranvir Singh laid down his life on the line of duty under the global pandemic situation due to corona virus infection and sacrificed his life as a consequence of his active deployment in COVID-19 environment.
