No. 845660270 HC(GD) Satyendra Choudhary of 29 Bn BSF a Corona Warrior, was deployed on border Duty in the severely COVID affected endemic area of Faridkot (Punjab). He tested for Covid on 17.04.2021 and found Positive on 19.04.2021. On 20.04.2021 he reported uneasiness in breathing and voice. He immediately evacuated and admitted in Civil Hospital Ferozpur (Punjab) on 20.04.2021. Being improvement in conditions, Civil Hospital discharged him on 27.04.2021. On 28.04.2021 at about 0800 hrs, he was again feeling breathing problem and admitted in GGMC and Hospital Faridkot(PB). He was on Oxgen w.e.f 28.04.2021 to 11.05.2021. He succumbed to the disease on 11.05.2021 at about 0230 hrs while under treatment for Covid-19 in GGMC and Hospital Faridkot (PB). HC(GD) Satyendra Choudhary laid down his life on the line of duty under the global pandemic situation due to corona virus infection and sacrificed his life as a consequence of his active deployment in COVID-19 environment.
