No. 848771160 (Late) SI(GD) of 191 Bn BSF, a Corona Warrior, was deployed on duty at STC BSF Udhampur in severely COVID affected endemic area of Jammu and Kashmir. He complained of fever, headache and loose motion and was admitted in BSF Hospital, Udhampur on 21.10.2020 and further referred to Distt Hospital Udhampur on 24.10.2020 where he was tested and found COVID-19 positive on 25.10.2020. He was immediately shifted to GMCH Jammu at about 251900 hrs for further treatment. He succumbed to the infection on 25.10.2020 at about 2234 hrs while under treatment in hospital. SI(GD) Abu Hena Khaled Hossain Khan laid down his life on the line of duty under the global pandemic situation due to corona virus infection and sacrificed his life as a consequence of his active deployment in COVID-19 environment.
