The deceased reported a complain of ill health and breathlessness on 30/09/2020 at around 0500 hrs in New SSB Camp at Pedung (New Bomdila). He was immediately evacuated to Dist. Hospital Bomdila who further referred him to Baptish Christian Hospital Tezpur. The doctor of Baptish Christian Hospital further referred him to Tezpur Medical College and Hospital, Tezpur due to non-availability of specialist there. Accordingly, he was taken to TMC and H, Tezpur where his Covid test was conducted and found him Positive. He was then asked by the doctor for hospitalization or home isolation but the deceased insisted for home isolation and left for his home town by booking an ambulance who later succumbed to his illness at Covid Care Centre, Namsai, Dist Namsai, Arunachal Pradesh enroute to his home town on 01/10/2020 at around 1315 hours
