He was posted at Northern FTR ITBP gas agency in DDN for 1 year As per mark of Chief Medical Officer SG Northern FTR DDN Individual reported at CH DDN on 14 September 2020 with a complaint of loose motion and lever and breathlessness Patient referred in emergency on 14 September 2020 and admitted at Kailash Hospital Patient was admitted in isolation ward COVID sample was collected by afore said Hospital on 15 September 2020 found COVID positive on 18 September 2020 and to see worsening condition of patient shifted in ICU for ventilator thus placed on DI list Individual expired at Kailash Hospital Dehradun on 21 September 2020 at 1115hrs approx
