| Brief of Incident: |
After arrival from Leave , the official was kept under quarantine wef 18.08.2020 at 33rd Bn SSB quarantine center Bhanupratappur. During quarantine period, on dated 26.08.2020 he was provided medicine by the unit Medical officer as he reported of breathing difficulty. On the same date RT PCR COVID test sample was collected from the individual , again the breathing problem occurred on dated 28.08.2020 and COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test was conducted on the same date and result was found negative. However, in view of his poor health condition, he was admitted at District Hospital Kanker and from where he was further referred to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Hospital Raipur(Chhattisgarh) and admitted there on 29.08.2020. The RT-PCR test result also come out on 29.08.2020 and found COVID-19 positive. Since then the individual had been given treatment for COVID-19 at Bhimrao Ambedkar Hospital Raipur wef 29.08.2020 and was declared dead by the Doctor on 18.09.2020 at about 0545 Hrs due to COVID-19 positive.
