No. 950082002 CT GD Alyush Minj Marine Coy of 172 BN BSF now 102 Bn BSF was admitted on 27/07/2020 at U N MEHTA Institute of Cardiology Civil Hospital Ahmedabad a case of Type-II DM with the Post PTCA Status in Lad and RCA 2012 with a history of drug defaulter and for severe left ventricular dysfunction with CAD with Triple vessel disease. He underwent CABG on 29th July 2020 and was transfused 5 units of blood. His intra and post-operative period were uneventful until 08/08/2020 when he complained of dyspnea, he was taken for surgery immediately as sternal suture were loose due to vigorous chest PT and sternum tightening was done. He was kept on BIPAP during surgery but could not sustain upon extubation as his entire left lung has consolidation his EF-30 to 35 pc. He died on 10/08/2020 at about 1730 Hrs due to Covid-19 positive with Comorbidities
