No. 855110048 SI(GD) Ved Prakash of 200 Bn BSF Age -54 years approx who was admitted in regional cancer centre, Agratla on 13/4/2020 as a case of acute melody Leukemia (AML) with Bilateral Penumonia and was further shifted to BLK Super Speciality Hospital, Pusha Road, New Delhi on 10.05.2020 by air ambulance due to nationwide Lockdown. Further FHQ BSF Hospital-II Tigri vide their Sig No. M/7004 dated 07.07.2020 intimated that patient was undergone First Cycle Of High Dose Chemotherapy, was in ICU since 06.07.2020 and futher tested for Covid-19 on 06.07.2020 and reported Positive on 07.07.2020 condition of patient was critical and expired on 122108 hrs
